In the workshop aimed at improving Learning Assurance, the goals and objectives of all departments were discussed and rewritten. The main purpose of the workshop is to inform the faculty about how the goals and objectives should be and redesign accordingly.
Before the workshop, the faculty was informed about how the goals and objectives should be written. While writing the faculty's goals and objectives, it has taken care to redesign measurable goals and objectives that must be compatible with the faculty mission. Certain goals and objectives have been established in connection with the outputs of the programs. Learning objectives have been revised taking into account Bloom's Taxonomy.
Effective communication has been defined as the common goal of the school. All departments have included this goal in their own goals and objectives. Objectives for this purpose will be evaluated in the graduation project with a common evaluation chart. In this way, we will be able to measure the communication skills of our graduates and make comparisons between departments.
